2. Accuracy of Product & Pricing Information
• Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our marine motors and electronics descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
• Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged.
3. Payments & Billing
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and certified bank transfers for high-value freight items.
• Security: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
4. Shipping & Delivery Logistics
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Due to the nature of outboard motors and specialized electronics:
• Freight Requirements: Large equipment is shipped via LTL freight. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate a freight truck.
• Transfer of Title: The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Restocking Fees
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Note: As stated in our Return Policy, returns on outboard motors and specialized electronics are subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and re-certification.
6. Limitation of Liability
Troniq Electronics shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from this Site, including but not limited to, improper installation of marine motors or electronic components. Professional installation is highly recommended for all propulsion systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Troniq Electronics or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
