Return and Refund Policy!
At Troniq Electronics, we stand behind the quality of our marine equipment and professional electronics. To ensure a transparent experience for our customers, we have outlined our return and refund procedures below in accordance with US consumer protection standards.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
• Unused & Uninstalled: For safety and warranty reasons, marine motors or electrical components that have been mounted or wired are not eligible for return.
• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including all inserts, manuals, and accessories.
• Safety Seal: Any factory seals on electronics must be intact.
3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer; all returns must be sent to our authorized facility provided with your RMA.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., “changed mind” or “ordered wrong model”), the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Because marine motors are heavy-freight items, we strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
• Our Responsibility: If an item is defective upon arrival or we sent the incorrect item, Troniq Electronics will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover 100% of the return costs.
5. Restocking Fees
To maintain our ability to offer specialized equipment, we apply the following restocking fees to covers inspection and re-certification:
• Outboard Motors & Heavy Equipment: 20% Restocking Fee.
• These fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
