You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all accessories included.

2. Package the product securely with proof of purchase and return authorization number.
3. Ship the product using a traceable carrier to our designated return address.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear in your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, special configurations, or software products are not eligible for return unless defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
