At Troniq Electronics, we take pride in ensuring your marine equipment and professional electronics arrive safely and on time. We specialize in the secure transport of high-value components and heavy-duty marine motors.

1. Order Processing Time

• All Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free shipping 

• Standard Shipping via UPS/FedEx.Freight/LTL Shipping (Motors): 7–10 business days via specialized freight carriers.

• Expedited Shipping: Available for select electronics at an additional cost.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

3. Freight Delivery (Outboard Motors)

For heavy items such as outboard motors:

• Curbside Delivery: Large items are shipped via freight and delivered curbside.

• Liftgate Service: Most motor deliveries include liftgate service to lower the unit from the truck.

• Inspection Required: You must inspect the crate for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, please note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and contact us immediately.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at

7. Service Area & Restrictions

We currently ship to the Contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
